Giraffe Vision integrates labor rights protection throughout all operational processes, and is committed to creating a fair, safe, and healthy working environment for employees, and promoting this concept to the supply chain to build a sustainable ecosystem together. The company commits to strict compliance with the labor human rights laws, regulations, and policy requirements of all relevant countries, regions, and international organizations, and makes the following commitments:

1. Equal Employment, Anti-Discrimination, and Anti-Harassment

The company treats all employees equally and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by applicable laws. The company adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward workplace harassment (including sexual harassment). It has established complaint handling procedures, and cases involving illegal acts will be transferred to judicial authorities for handling. The company safeguards employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, and supports employees in expressing their demands through legitimate organizations.

2. Prohibition of Child Labor and Forced Labor

The company prohibits the employment of child labor and requires that all regular employees meet the minimum legal working age requirements of the countries/regions where it operates; any form of child labor dispatch is strictly forbidden. The company fully prohibits forced labor in all its forms, including practices such as threats of violence, debt bondage, withholding of identity documents, and restriction of personal freedom. Labor contracts are signed in a language easily understandable to employees, with clear provisions on job content, remuneration, and termination conditions.

3. Fair Remuneration and Working Conditions

The company strictly implements the principle of equal pay for equal work, with remuneration standards not lower than the statutory minimum wage of the country where it operates; complies with the working hour requirements of the country where it operates and prohibits forced overtime.

4. Privacy and Information Protection

The company lawfully and transparently processes employees' personal data, clearly informs them of the purposes, scope, and retention periods of data processing, and uses such data only within necessary limits; regularly conducts privacy protection training to prevent information leakage.

5. Supply Chain Management

Giraffe Vision is committed to extending the principles of this Statement to its supply chain. We require our suppliers to respect labor rights standards equivalent to those outlined herein and conduct due diligence on them through contractual terms, risk assessments, and audits. In the event of identified violations, we expect and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions; for suppliers that commit serious or repeated violations and refuse to improve, we will take necessary measures, such as terminating cooperation.

6. Health and Safety

The company provides employees with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensures that such equipment meets safety standards; regularly conducts safety training and emergency drills to enhance employees' risk prevention capabilities.

Giraffe Vision will continuously improve its labor human rights protection system, collaborate and communicate with all parties, disclose the progress of its practices, address human rights challenges brought by technological applications, and continuously safeguard employees' rights and interests to jointly build a fair and inclusive industrial ecosystem.
